      本系统根据目标发动机治理需求,在混合管前端通过前NOx传感器、温度传感器采集尾气参数及功率大小等一并传输给PLC系统控制尿素喷射量。在SCR反应器出口端通过NOx传感器、温度传感器、氨逃逸传感器(可选)等采集处理后的NOx含量,出口温度和NH3浓度 (通过可选传感器实现)。在电控系统液晶控制显示屏上会实时显示出对应数据,也可以远机位的方式在中央控制室实时监测,不需要单独采购烟气分析仪分析处理后烟气成分。本系统经过扩展,处理系统各种数据还可自动同步到云端,通过PC和移动客户端可实时监测实际排放指标。
